One of the things that new Mac users ask is about how to maintain their Mac’s OS.  Most of Mac’s maintenance processes run in the background and so don’t need the sort of user attention that they be used to on Windows (though this is quickly changing).  But it’s good to know some simple ways to maintain your Mac’s health and this video shows you some simple things you can do.
